HoodCases assembles all product in house. Due to this flexibility, HoodCases can guarantee the best turnaround time for purchases. Typically, HoodCases is able to ship out your products within 2 business days upon receiving the order. Please allow at least 3 business days before contacting [email protected] for inquires and updates. Additionally, Please allow additional day for holiday orders.

Returns

Due to the customization of each item, all HoodCases sales are final.

HoodCases’s maximum liability on any order shall be limited to the purchase price stated on the invoice. Any claim for shortage, damage, or shipment error must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

HoodCases provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser of products manufactured by HoodCases. Such products shall be free from defects in workmanship. HoodCases’s sole obligation in such event shall be HoodCases’s option to either; 1) repair, 2) replace, or 3) credit the value of the product (based on the lower of the actual purchase or market price on the date the defective product is returned.)

Proof of purchase with date will be required on all products. Products returned damaged or with tampered or missing labels will void the warranty.

HoodCases shall not be liable to any person or entity for any incidental, consequential, indirect, and special or punitive damages of any kind, loss of information or data, loss of revenue, loss of business or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of HoodCases products or services. Legal jurisdiction will be the County of Los Angeles, California.

HoodCases shall not be obligated to repair or replace defective product, in whole or in part, by causes external to the goods such as catastrophe, power failure, improper use, unauthorized installation, unauthorized repair, disassembly or use of unauthorized parts. If you have purchased your HoodCases product at a retail store and the purchase is within that retail store’s return policy, it is recommended that you exchange or return the product directly to them. Returning the product to the retailer will be much faster than sending the product to HoodCases directly.

HoodCases has a standard limited warranty policy which includes a 1 year limited warranty for all accessories and a 5 year limited warranty on USBs.
